As a hotel manager, you need swift resolution when Telecom issues arise. As a Devera customer you'll have access to our trouble ticket system. This merges you seamlessly with our various IT professionals, partners, and vendors. We'll setup you up with a portal for your hotel (or group of hotels) where you can enter tickets, then monitor the progress as we fix your problem. By creating tickets for your tasks, you can track them. A comprehensive trouble ticket system reduces time of troubleshooting and repair. Our repair services will be efficient and swift.
