The install was absolutely flawless. I couldn't have asked for it to go any better. Our phone room was a disaster and now it is one of the cleanest and most organized I have ever seen in my 25+ year career. The Technicians worked urgently over the week+ install, over very long days and nights, even training our overnight desk Agents at 11p-12am. They also ensured everyone knew what was going on and when everything was going to happen each step of the way. The training was perfect in the group setting and then they went and did additional training one on one as they installed everyone's phone. Everyone was very comfortable and love the upgraded phones. There were zero issues with our guests and employees - feel free to send anyone my way that is looking to hear how it went.
